Short Description: Designed for those out there who dont want to struggle on wafer thin, unstable ultra high performance type shortboards but still want to be able to lay down some serious turns. The 'QF' is all about making surfing easier and more enjoyable and it is all done so very discreetly. At first glance, the QF almost looks like your typical shorty but if you take a closer look you will see that the planshape has a little extra area for stability and floatation, the rocker has been slightly reduced for increased drive and speed and the volume has been kept in the board. They are great paddlers by keeping plenty of volume under the chest and torso area but still rolling the deck into fairly low rails so that it is still a sensitive and responsive board to ride. It really does make surfing easier and with the little extra volume kept in the board, it makes catching waves a breeze. The quad fins ensure tons of drive, combine that with the slick single to double concaves and the QF has speed to burn and when you have got speed, anything is possible !

Short Description: The Double-D is a wider , shorter flatter performance design which is loosley based on some of the things that Dane Reynolds has made popular in recent times. It has been tweaked here and there to suit the conditions we get alot of especially during the Spring and Summer months. They are shaped approx 4-5" shorter than your standard HPS and about 1" wider and a bit thicker so they paddle great. These are fast, stable and responsive and super fun in waves from 1 ft up to head high or a little bigger. Single concave with vee out the back, doing them as thrusters and glassing em light for maximum performance.
Some added curves in the tail planshape, combined with the vee allow them to draw tight turns even with the wide tail, super fun, get on one and enjoy the small stuff MORE

It is a design that the legendary late Bob Simmons did in the late 40's and the 50's so full credit to him ( hence the name dim-'SIM' ). This is my modernised version with more curves to allow better manouverability. The dim-SIM has a flat deck for extra volume, subtle rolled vee in the nose before a deep single concave for maximum lift and speed. Doing them in twin keels or quads.

The design is a blend of the fish and the modern shortboard as well as a few modifications that have added to end up with an extremely functional and enjoyable board to ride. The board has been designed to take the positives from the fish but remove some of the features that prevent it from doing some of the things you want to do . The nose and tail rocker has been increased while still leaving it quite flat through the middle to still ensure it's a fast board. The nose area has been reduced a little to allow it to fit into the hollower waves. Performance rail have been added along with some super fast concaves
